A private wine house, twenty-five years in.
SHE Nose Wines LLC is a Florida-licensed boutique wine consultancy founded on a single conviction — that the most extraordinary bottles rarely sit on a retail shelf. They move through relationships, between people who taste seriously and trust each other's palates.
Our story
Built on relationships, run by palate.
For more than two decades, we have worked across hospitality, wine distribution, and private cellar building. The relationships built across those years are now the quiet engine of this house.
We work in regions we know personally — France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, California, Portugal, and a growing handful of others. We taste through each vintage carefully and select only what we'd open ourselves. The catalog is small on purpose.
Clients come to us for three reasons: access to wines they cannot find easily, a palate they can trust when they don't have time to taste, and the discretion of working with a small house rather than a corporate retailer.
How we work
Six principles.
Taste, then talk.
Every wine we sell is one we have tasted and would open ourselves. No catalog-only listings, no untasted brokerage.
Small on purpose.
A curated list is more useful than a comprehensive one. We'd rather know fifty wines deeply than five thousand vaguely.
Value at every tier.
An exceptional fifty-dollar bottle deserves the same attention as a five-hundred-dollar one. Value is independent of price.
Discretion is service.
Client lists, allocations, and cellars are private by default. We work the way our clients live.
Education over mystery.
The trade has too long benefited from wine's reputation as inscrutable. We explain everything, plainly.
Drink with people.
The best wine is the bottle being opened with someone you care about. We try to remember that, always.

Licensed in the State of Florida for the retail sale of wine. All sales are conducted in compliance with the regulations of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT).

All sales are subject to age verification (21+) and Florida licensing. Out-of-state shipments are limited to jurisdictions in which we are legally authorized to ship.
