A considered process.
Because we deal in rare wines and operate under Florida licensing, our sales process is concierge — never a one-click checkout. It's faster and more personal than it sounds.
Step 01
Reserve
Select a bottle and send a reservation request. Tell us what occasion you're shopping for — we may have a better suggestion.
Step 02
Confirm
We confirm availability, vintage, and pricing within one business day, along with options for pickup or compliant in-state delivery.
Step 03
Settle
Payment is handled by secure invoice. Age verification (21+) is required at the point of transfer.
Step 04
Enjoy
Receive your bottle with tasting notes, serving temperature, decanting guidance, and a pairing suggestion or two.
Private list
Allocations
Some of the wines we love are produced in such small quantities that they never appear on a public list. Through long relationships with producers and importers, we maintain a private allocation program for serious collectors.
Members receive first access to release windows from grower Champagne, Burgundy domaines, cult Napa producers, Barolo crus, and a handful of natural wine houses we trust.
