- Order and account information — shipping and billing address, age confirmation, and (when applicable) the wines and quantities you reserve.

- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referring source. We use this information in aggregate to understand how the website is performing.
- Cookies — small text files placed on your device. We use a single session cookie to remember that you have completed the age verification step. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your wine reservation, consultation, or travel requests.
- To verify that you meet the legal drinking age in your state of residence (21+ in the United States).
- To send you the SHE Nose Wines newsletter and occasional invitations, if you have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- To comply with applicable law, including the regulations of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) and any reporting obligations associated with the sale of wine.

- Service providers who help us operate the business — for example, our website host, our form delivery service (Formspree), our email marketing platform (Mailchimp), our payment processor, and our shipping carrier.

- Professional advisors such as our attorneys and accountants, where reasonably necessary.
4. Your choices and rights

- Marketing communications — you may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by emailing us.
- Cookies — you can configure your browser to refuse cookies. The age verification cookie is the only one we set; refusing it will cause the age gate to appear on every visit.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
