Shipping & Compliance
SHE Nose Wines is a Florida-licensed retailer of fine wine. Every shipment we send is handled in compliance with the regulations of the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) and the laws of the destination state. This page explains what to expect when wine is shipped to you, and what we ask of you in return.
1. Age requirement
You and the person receiving your shipment must be at least 21 years of age. A signature from an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. We cannot ship to addresses where an adult cannot be present to receive the package, and we cannot authorize "no-signature" delivery.
2. States where we ship
Direct-to-consumer wine shipping rules vary state by state and change regularly. We currently ship within Florida and to additional U.S. states that permit lawful inbound shipment from a Florida-licensed retailer. [FULL STATE LIST TO BE CONFIRMED WITH COUNSEL AT LAUNCH.]

3. How orders are fulfilled
- Origin
- Wines ship from our Florida fulfillment partner under our retail license.
- Carrier
- FedEx or UPS, using their licensed adult-signature wine programs.
- Packaging
- Molded pulp or polystyrene wine shippers, with temperature-controlled options on request.
- Transit time
- Typically 2–5 business days within the contiguous United States after a quote is approved and payment clears.
- Weather holds
- During heat waves or cold snaps, we hold orders at no charge until conditions are safe for the wine. We will email before holding.
4. Costs, taxes, and fees
Shipping is quoted on a per-order basis and reflects the carrier's published rate plus any required adult-signature surcharge. Sales tax is collected as required by the destination state. Any state excise or beverage license fee, where applicable, is itemized on your invoice.
5. Damaged or undeliverable shipments
If a bottle arrives damaged, please email shenosewines@gmail.com within seven (7) days with photographs of the package and the bottle. We will replace, credit, or refund at our discretion.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable because no adult was available to sign, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery attempt may incur additional carrier fees.
6. Local pickup
By appointment, clients in the West Palm Beach area may pick up their wine directly from our administrative office at 2101 Vista Parkway, Suite 250, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. Please bring valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 or older.
7. International shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
